Die Lage und der wunderschöne Ausblick auf das Meer und die Stadt Opatija. Einfach traumhaft. Überdachter und sicherer Parkplatz.Die Nähe zum Meer, ca. 5 km und somit mit dem Auto in nur wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Die Vermieterin, Frau Đurđa war sehr freundlich und stets bemüht, ein großes Dankeschön dafür!
Die Autobahnnähe und deshalb insbesondere in der Früh bzw. zu den üblichen Stoßzeiten spürbar lauter.

The host was lovely. She allowed us to check in early and was very welcoming and trusting. The view from the balcony is amazing, the bed is large and comfortable, and the air conditioning worked very well.
Unfortunately, the kitchen is in serious need of renovation. The appliances are outdated, and the kitchenware was mismatched, sticky and appeared unwashed. There wasn't a single sharp knife that could properly cut food, and all of the frying pans were so worn out that cooking with them was difficult. The extractor hood was ineffective because it doesn't vent the air outside. The stovetop also felt unsafe, as there was no clear indication of whether it was on or off.

Mirna lokacija, čist apartman, predivan pogled
Pošto iznajmljivač prima kućne ljubimce, mislim da treba znati da pas ponekad laje. Po nekim komentarima shvatila sam da je vlasnica bila u apartmanu dok nas nije bilo što nije u redu.
