Apartments Ivangrad

The apartment is located in the city center of Berane. The location is good and it's easy to park. It was cheap. The host wasn't available, but the key pickup was arranged with the neighbour. All went fine, same with the check-out.

The building itself is old and the apartment is on 4th floor. Of course it's not up to the host. The apartment itself is a little neglected. With some more care it would be a higher rating. Most of them are easy to address and would make it way more comfortable to stay at the place. Hopefully, the host improves it for the future guests: - The door framing is slightly loose and when there's an air draft the doors are banging on their own. We needed to put our luggage against it to prevent that. - The door knob to the toilet was falling out, should be easily fixable. - Some apartment finishes were damaged which didn't make it look good - damaged baseboard, loose toilet seat etc. - It could use some more cleaning - e.g. the kettle was quite dirty on the outside, one of the cups was dirty as well, the shower cabin walls were super dirty and it looked like sb threw the cleaning water into the cabin instead of the toilet I believe all of these are easy to fix but made our stay less pleasant that it could be. We are travelling on budget so it wasn't a deal breaker.

Отличная квартира в тихом районе города. Приятный хозяин, очень гостеприимный. Да здание старое, но сам номер довольно удобный - всё есть. Очень понравилась как сделаны шкафчики и тумбочки вокруг кровати - супер-удобно. Вай-фай отлично работает. Кондиционер расположен хорошо - комнату легко охладить, но при этом он не дует прямо на тебя. Парковка просто возле дома, но мест достаточно.

К сожалению, в номере холодильник был нерабочий - хозяин извинился, сказал, что починит. Матрас кровати довольно жёсткий - мне было очень неудобно, но тут уже каждому своё. Номер находится на 5м этаже и в здании нет лифта.
