Het huis is groot, schoon en compleet. Alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig. Het zwembad is op veilige afstand van het huis met hekjes er tussen, ideaal voor de veiligheid van kleine kinderen.
De eigenaar en zijn ouders zijn heel vriendelijk en gastvrij. Tijdens ons verblijf nog verrast met heerlijk gebak.
Ik kan geen minpunten bedenken.

Ruime vakantiewoning met alle faciliteiten die je nodig hebt. Een heerlijke plek voor een rustige vakantie niet ver van Rethymnon.
De accomodatie is erg geschikt voor een vakantie met kleine kinderen. Een leuke tuin met voldoende speelgoed en het zwembad is afgesloten met een hekje.

Ruhige Lage, abseits des Massentourismus, Meer und Stadt trotzdem schnell erreichbar. Ein Auto ist allerdings unabdingbar.
Super Ausstattung, es hat an nichts gefehlt. Das ist zwar jammern auf sehr hohem Niveau, doch eine Lademöglichkeit in Hausnähe und vielleicht noch ein kleiner Carport wären die Vollendung der schon so sehr guten Ausstattung.

Villa Estatis was very well equipped for the stay of our family (2 kids aged 4 and 1). We definitely used the part of the garden with playground for children that has a beautiful olive tree. The hosts (parents of the owner living in a flat downstairs) were very helpful and we enjoyed several home made dishes. There are also three delicious restaurants in the village within walking distance.
The lights on one side of the villa were quite strong so we had to put the blind downs to sleep properly. But that affected only the bedroom downstairs.
