The location was fine for me, close to the center and close to work. The fifth floor and underground parking suited me. Quiet environment, not on the main road so you won't be disturbed by cars at night and early in the morning. I have nothing to complain about for a few nights

I'm surprised that modern apartments don't make it in such a way that you don't have to pick up/return the remote control from the garage to the apartment when you arrive or leave. Here, it was not a problem to leave the car in front of the garage for a few minutes, but I've encountered this in many other apartments. At the very least, it's very uncomfortable and it could be solved with a numeric code at the entrance to the garage, same like to the apartment. However, that's not the landlord's fault. I also have to mention that on the day of departure, there was no hot water, so I had to shower in cold water before a long journey. However, I don't blame the landlord for that either.

Es war unglaublich ruhig und dennoch zentral gelegen.

Leider war der gesamte Küchenbereich schmierig, obwohl das restliche Apartment sauber war. Es gab nur eine große Bettdecke, aber das ist ja persönliche Geschmacksache.
