Minu homestay was very comfy and the best place you can get for the price. Very clean and plenty of place to park your vehicles. This is our second visit and minu homestay will always be our first choice when it comes to visiting down south.

Nothing, except the rooms have fan not air conditioned.

if you’re interested in real sri lanka's daily life and culture; minu home would be a good choice. this tranquil neighborhood is 15-20 minutes away from the seaside and center by walk. on the road you can see a few temples, a cricket stadium and daily scenes of village life. there are plenty of small shops around for your basic needs. surprisingly, the best restaurant of the town (akila’s kitchen) located at next street! this humble studio is next door of the host family who would always answer your questions with a smiley face. every corner of the space is super clean, nice and simple, full of little sweet details that makes you feel homey. the kitchen equipped enough. the bathroom is brand new. thanks to minu family for making this small stay unique.

at the same garden there's another studio belongs to minu family which was empty till my check out day, though haven't bother me. think that should be mentioned on booking. cause i would not want to share the same garden with a family with small kids.

В первую очередь нужно отметить, что цена проживания здесь ОЧЕНЬ низкая, а все остальные оценки зависят от этого. Хозяйка Pawanya очень добрая и отзывчивая. Поможет с любым вопросом. Прожили в этой вилле месяц, было очень спокойно и душевно. Во дворе дома устраивали гриль посиделки.
