Diseño, confortable, acogedor, buena atención por parte de los anfitriones, menaje variado y cocina bien equipada.

No tenia microondas, el agua caliente tardaba mucho en llegar, la bañera necesita una cortina o mampara y eliminar elementos decorativos que dificultan ducharse cómodamente. La cocina no posee extracción de humo de la campana extractora.

Appartamento molto bello, completamente ristrutturato. L edificio esterno non è molto curato ma l appartamento è davvero confortevole. Zona comoda con i mezzi. 3 supermercati sotto casa e c è anche una pasticceria buonissima. Comunicazione con il proprietario veloce. Ingresso con codice molto comodo.

Abbiamo trovato 4 cialde del caffè, forse averne qualcuna in più e magari una bottiglia d acqua non avrebbe guastato. Non abbiamo potuto fare né check-in anticipato né check-out posticipato e nemmeno lasciare i bagagli nell'appartamento l'ultimo giorno. Abbiamo però trovato un Locker vicino. La vasca da bagno non ha nemmeno una tenda.

Well-presented and spacious 3rd floor apartment with modern kitchen and sanitary fixtures & fittings in an old block served by a very old but functional small passenger lift, which was handy when moving our luggage and after a day of walking and sightseeing! The apartment block is located just off the main road, where there are various shops. Our stay was pleasant enough, but there is a major noise issue from a construction site adjacent, which is not mentioned in the booking.com listing, and we wanted somewhere quiet.

The temperature hit 39 degrees Celsius during our stay, and only the bedrooms had working a/c units. The kitchen a/c was broken, and there was none in the lounge. This was unacceptable, especially since the lounge balcony is fully enclosed with glazing, so no direct outside ventilation. The rear of the block backs onto a large construction site, which was extremely noisy with power tools operating from 7.30am through till 5.30pm Monday-Friday, with an 8.00am start on Saturday (we were there for 5 nights). This was intolerable and was not mentioned or shown in the listing. The new building is already four storeys high, so it has been there since at least January and will not be finished until at least Christmas. We contacted the Host about these issues. They totally ignored the serious noise nuisance but apologised for the kitchen a/c unit and said they came around while we were out to fix it. It still didn't work throughout our stay, so we had no choice but to keep the windows open and suffer the noise. We contacted booking.com for help/advice, and they didn't even bother to respond.
