Чистый номер, просторный, все есть для проживания семьи с ребенком. Хорошая кухня, чистые ванны. Очень лёгкое заселение. Прекрасный и отзывчивый администратор. Остались довольны и приедем сюда ещё раз точно.

It’s located in a quiet area with walking-distance convenient store (24 hr) and very good Thai restaurant that open until 2am. Room is spacious, furnished but a bit old. Wifi is OK. There is only one 40-inch LCD TV, (not the one that you can scroll through Netflix. We checked in around 8pm. The security guard was the one who took care of the check-in. He is fast, helpful and very attentive.

The hotel is very secured in term of getting pass the security door on the ground floor. It is a gated security door that requires a keycard for every entry and exit guest wishes to walk past. Only one keycard was provided to each room (our room is 2 bedrooms with 4 fully grown adult guests.) I requested the security guard for another keycard just in case, he politely refused and ask me to call the “manager’s number” I then called the female manager (whose number is on the light sign of the hotel), asking for another keycard so if one(or more) of the guest decide to go out in the middle of the night, then they wouldn’t have to wake someone up to let them out and stay awake to let them back in. Or the rest of the guest get stuck coz the first guest have the key to themselves. The manager turned me down immediately after here my question. Then asked “Are the guests of your room all male? We had that before, they got drunk and very loud.” Then asked me how can you book this place because if she saw all the guests she wouldn’t let us stay here tonight. (We booked through booking, luckily!). She informed me that if there are noise coming from your room in the middle of the night, we will cut the electricity and water immediately. For the summary, I didn’t violate their keep-voice-down policy. The attitude of the female staff as a person who works in hospitality industry(the number I called that night “+6681xxx8436”) towards any future should be thoroughly examined, erased and programmed with nowadays essence of “not making a stereotype out of gender, appearance, race.” And consider safety of the guests (or at least convenience)

Apple is lovely. She is a great property manager. Sweet. Great with kids. Good English. She and her son played with our son and he looked forward to seeing her each day. Huge apartment. Cleans daily. Free coffee and waters daily. Safe. Clean. Hot water. Everything you need.

Nothing.

The rooms are very spacious , neat and cosy.
