Great for a couple of days.

The views were amazing. The comfort of the living room and terrace was fantastic.

The beds. There is a very soft top mattress on top of the actual bed/mattress. This top mattress is very soft and consequently we did not sleep well.

Sehr kalter Aufenthalt, ansonsten gut ausgestattet schöne Wohnung in schöner Lage

Lage ist sehr schön und ruhig, Wohnung ist sehr geräumig unbd gut ausgestattet

Die Zimmertemperatur lag bei unserer Ankunft bei 14,1°C !!!!!. Da die Wohnung mit Bodenheizung beheizt wird hat es DREI TAGE gebraucht um eine einigermassen angenehme Temperatur von 20°C zu erreichen, SEHR UNANGENEHM bei Aussentempertauren vom 5-6 Grad. Dier Temperatur im Kühlschrank lag dafür aber über der Zimmertemperatur da auch dieser leider ausgeschaltet war.

Traumhaft schön

Die Einrichtung ist außergewöhnlich stilvoll und schön gewählt. Es war ein traumhaft schöner Urlaub, Dank dieser Ferienwohnung. Der Balkon mit Aussicht aufs Wasser ist einzigartig und einfach phantastisch. Die Lage ist ruhig und wunderschön zum Spazierengehen. Wir können die Unterkunft wärmstens empfehlen.

Es gibt eigentlich nicht wirklich etwas zu bemängeln, das einzige, was auffällt ist, dass manches Möbel schon etwas abgenutzt ist.

Perfekt und absolut ruhig mit Blick auf den eigenen Jachthafen.

Sehr modern und geschmackvoll, professionell gestaltet, überaus großzügig.

Die Alleinlage war extrem ruhig, aber dadurch weitab möglicher Aktivitäten. Zum Bäcker war es ca. 4 km mit dem Auto. Allerdings wäre die mögliche Alternative das Frühstück im Fletscher Hotel direkt nebenan.

Mooi appartement, mooi doch minimalistisch ingericht, prachtig uitzicht

De ligging, het uitzicht, mooi ingericht appartement.

Te weinig (kast)ruimte in de keuken en slaapkamers. Oven onhandig, zelfs gevaarlijk hoog geplaatst. Slechts 1 toilet. De lichtgekleurde stoelen en zitbank zijn heel mooi, doch erg vlekgevoelig

Ferien in einer Baustelle

-Schöne Aussicht auf das Veerse Meer -Bequemes Sofa und Betten -Küche mit guter Ausstattung -Schöner Balkon

-Die Alarmanlage ging mehrmals mitten in der Nacht und früh am Morgen in ohrenbetäubendem Lärm los (Fehlalarm) -Sehr grelle Leuchtreklame vom Hotel Vis-a-Vis, so dass man ohne Vorhänge nicht schlafen kann. Wenn die Nachbarwohnung besetzt ist, können die Nachbarn von ihrem Balkon direkt ins Schlafzimmer zur Seeseite sehen -Tagelanger Baulärm (Schlagbohrer) so dass ein Aufenthalt in der Wohnung tagsüber nicht möglich war, da noch viele Nachbarwohnung im Ausbau sind, wird das noch eine Weile so weitergehen -Ankunft: Die Dame am Empfang hatte keine Ahnung, wo sich unsere Wohnung befindet, wir mussten alles selber rausfinden -Zweites Schlafzimmer: Die Vorhänge müssen immer ganz zu sein, ansonsten sehen die anderen Gäste direkt ins Schlafzimmer -Nur 1 kleines WC für die ganze Wohnung -Badezimmer ohne Fenster und völlig unpraktisch, z.B. keine Ablage in der Dusche -Wir waren 1 Woche in der Wohnung und konnten wegen all denn Lärmbelästigungen keinen einzigen Tag ausschlafen

Heerlijke thuishaven voor een wat langer verblijf

We hebben deze accommodatie uitsluitend geboekt op de goede reviews, dat is best eng omdat de reviews niet altijd overeenkomen met de werkelijkheid. We hebben deze accommodatie geboekt omdat ons huis is verkocht en helaas de koop van onze nieuwe woning niet door ging. We waren wanhopig en zochten een fijne accommodatie die als thuis zou voelen. Wat een heerlijke plek om op adem te komen, je wordt elke ochtend wakker met een warm gevoel (wij verbleven hier van februari tot april) je ziet de zon opkomen en de zon weer onder gaan. We verbleven in appartement Lamsoor 93 samen met onze hond. Alles klopt, de heerlijke keuken waar je alle maaltijden kan bereiden, inclusief koelkast en vriezer van uitzonderlijke kwaliteit. Ook de uitrusting, borden, kopjes glazen zijn van Villeroy en Boch. De bedden slapen heerlijk en zijn van Norma, het bedlinnen is zeer luxe. De wasmachine/droger, stofzuiger, dweilsysteem zijn van een enorm toegevoegde waarde voor een langer verblijf. Ook een meerwaarde 2 grote linnenkasten op beide slaapkamers. Het balkon met heerlijke lounge zitjes is echt van toegevoegde waarde. Dit appartement heeft echt alles en we zijn blij met de goede contacten met de verhuurder.

Je zit aan het water, er waren kleine vliegjes/ kleine spinnetjes, maar die kan je verwijderen met de stofzuiger. We hadden even een issue met werkzaamheden, maar deze zijn ruimschoots gecompenseerd.
