The house was great. We love the location right off 11th street as it is so close to restaurants, bars, shopping, and beach access. The house itself is perfect for friends and family. The upstairs has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with a small living area and kitchenette. Downstairs has the larger bedroom but the bathroom is a little small and it doesn't cool off as much as we like. The living room, dining and especially the kitchen are very roomy and perfect for everyone to enjoy. The outdoor is nice with the pool (perfect for the dogs to cool off as well as yourself). The garage area is nice (washer and dryer) to open up and enjoy darts and just have more space to chill out. My only complaint about the backyard is the upkeep - weeds coming up through the cracks. Parking is good for 2 cars only. Overall, I would definitely come back and recommend this house to everyone.

A suggestion : we know the winter foliage is still coming off the trees while the trees are starting their spring growth. We would have gladly blown the fallen leaves away from the house and pool area. That would have helped keep the leaves from the house and out of the pool, but this is just a suggestion . Maybe have a an electrical leaf blower handy.
