Nothing, the property stole our money, didn't tell us which apartment it was, didn't give us a key and then stopped responding to requests.

We arrived at the apartment at 6 pm which I had notified them through Booking of my arrival. The sign on the office said they left at 5:30. We got a message from someone that they'd left a keycard in lockbox B, but without knowing which apartment it was we couldn't get the key. We walked around the property for 45 minutes trying to figure out which apartment it *might* be. We called the emergency number and a lady answered the phone who sounded drunk and when I asked her about the reservation she said "I think we're having technical difficulties" and put the phone down. Since she didn't hang up I wasn't able to call again as the line was busy. We sent messages through booking and waited for 1.5 hours until we finally left and rented a new hotel room somewhere else. The next message came the next day after checkout time saying that if we needed anything else just ask. We asked for our money back since it was impossible to checkin and they have ignored us.

Central, great staff, good pool, clean. Most basics at a high functioning level. Maintenance crew was fast and effective (washing machine issue).

A bit dated, but well maintained. No shampoo, hair dryer. Business hours staff only. No on-site food, drinks, or vending machines. All fine - just requires planning.

Two bedrooms and large living/dining area overlooking a beautiful view of the ocean. The unit was equipped with anything you would need. Pool and hot tub pleasant and not over-crowded. Staff friendly and helpful.

Location was quiet and serene, but a little far to walk to restaurants and shops.

Location, size of our room, comfortable with windows open and fans on. Staff at the desk was awesome. Brandi and Lei.

Nothing. We only were there on day/night and headed to the airport.

Beware this booking, pictures are con to lure you in to different unit on groud floor with barbecue grill view, not near water or on upper floor. Office no help on check in, nor phone contact. You will be stuck. Your Hawaiian time deserves better,

No AC and if you pay the $15/day to use the AC unit in the bedroom, that’s the only room that gets cooler. The rest of the condo was virtually un-usable because it was sweltering hot. The floors were very dirty too.

Terrible Experience – Avoid at All Costs! This was by far one of the worst hotel stays we’ve ever had: No air conditioning – the room was unbearably hot and stuffy, impossible to sleep. No shampoo or basic toiletries – not even the bare minimum you’d expect from the cheapest hotel. Reservation not honored – we requested extra blankets and pillows but received nothing. Reception closed after 5 PM – no staff available, no phone support, absolutely no way to reach anyone. No elevator – we had to carry heavy luggage and children up to the 3rd floor by ourselves. In one word – shameful. This hotel completely disrespects its guests, fails to deliver on even the most basic standards, and provides a truly miserable experience. Do yourself a favor – don’t book here!

Sea Village is in an excellent location and the condo was spacious and had everything we needed. We especially loved the pool right by the oceanside and the lanai.

The view was nice.

Where to check in was confusing & hard to find. The lady that checked us in was extremely rude. The unit smelled like an old folks home. There was no ventilation. You had to pay EXTRA for air conditioning. We ran all the fans but sweated all night. There were 2 small, cheap soap circles. No little shampoo or anything else. We stayed in Hawaii for 2 weeks & never had a condo not supply a start of the basic hygiene products. The Murphy bed had no blanket or pillows. The unit above us had people running & jumping past midnight. Overall, it was the worst rental out of 6 that we experienced while traveling Maui & the Big Island.

I liked the location and the pool setup

I didnt like that the room in the photos did not match the room we received. There was no AC, the property was dated for sure and certainly a timeshare vibe. For the price I would recommend something else in the area.

It’s clean and I really like the property.

You need to prepare your own shampoo and body wash. I didn’t bring any and it’s kind of inconvenient.

The location was great, close to downtown Kona but not in the center which made it quieter and less busy. The kitchen was well stocked (all the appliances worked, nice array of utensils, dishes, etc. ) View of pool/courtyard and ocean-beyond was lovely. The office staff were very accommodating and they had many supplies and beach accessories to make our island adventures fun.

Minor things like, cheap cabinets that made a lot of noise when snapped shut, no fan in bathroom, had to pay for air conditioning if you wanted to use it OR live with very loud floor fans. Given the price it seems like the overall quality of condo would be higher.

The staff didn't know what they were talking about. They didn't give me a pool key so no access to pool. There is no access to beach

I liked the end result of my discussion with Vacation International (VI) Resorts, which is the organization responsible for Sea Village units advertised on Booking.com. Final result: unit #2206, 2bd, 2ba, ocean view.

I did not like the false advertising of this booking. Photos and description posted on Booking.com did not match the reality of the unit VI Resorts initially assigned to me. On Booking.com: two photos show a view of the water, one in particular from a top floor unit lanai (patio). The description below the photos stated, "This spacious apt...." Logic dictates the description was referring to *the* photos. Reality: VI Resorts gave me keys to unit #2101. This is a GROUND floor unit, NO ocean view whatsoever. Note: For my safety and security, I would never book a ground-floor unit. Also, I would not pay what I consider a lot of money, for a view of grass. What you should know: 1. VI Resorts or Booking.com has since removed the phrasing "this spacious apt...." 2. The VI Resorts office addressed my concerns to my satisfaction within two hours. I also appreciate the turnaround time of the cleaning staff who got the new unit ready so quickly. I left a good tip. 3. Understanding Sea Village unit numbers: the first digit in the unit is the building number. The second digit is the floor number. The last two digits are the unit number. So, unit 2206 is building 2 on the 2nd floor, unit 06. Unit 2101 is building 2 on the 1st floor, unit 01. 4. VI Resorts is a time-share organization. As it was explained to me by the on-site VI office: - their foray into advertising time-share units on Booking.com is one-month new; - non-time-share people (aka me, and anyone who books through Booking.com) don't know much about how VI Resorts time-sharing works; - VI time-share clients know they cannot choose which unit is assigned to them. It is a 'whatever unit is available' scenario, and; - the VI office is not given much information from Booking.com. Only one's last name. They suggest calling ahead to inquire on one's future assigned unit, or state one's preferred unit.

La taille de l'appartement et les équipements. BBQ à disposition et super piscine devant l'océan.

Seul petit bémol sur notre 1er accueil.. la dame était froide et expéditive.

Niewydolna klimatyzacja, troche duszno w pokojach

部屋が広くて、コンドミニアムとしての設備がすべて整っている。プール、バーベキュー設備などあり、開放的でよい。

場所がショップなど集まっている場所から離れているので、車がない旅行者にとっては、食事をする為に、徒歩２０分を歩かなければならなかった。 エアコンがないので、夏は暑いと思う。訪れた１０月初旬は、寝る時に、若干暑いと感じた。

Sehr freundliches Personal an der Rezeption, das einem gleich ein willkommenes Gefühl gibt. Das Apartment war super sauber und bot einen wunderschönen Blick auf die Bucht. Außerdem war alles vorhanden, was man braucht

Der Check-in war etwas schwer zu finden, was anfangs etwas verwirrend war. Außerdem kostet die Klimaanlage extra, was nicht ganz ideal ist. Um ins Zentrum zu kommen, muss man rund 15 Minuten an einer stark befahrenen Straße entlanglaufen

ロケーションが素晴らしいです。毎日ベランダで海を見ながら朝食を食べました。車をすぐ前に停められる。グループや家族で自炊するなら広いしキッチン設備や洗濯乾燥機もあり、最高だと思う。

周りにお店が無い。レストラン無し。エレベーターも無いのでスーツケースが重いと大変です。エアコンも無いが暑くは無い。

Direkt auf dem Gelände befindet sich fußläufig ein Frühstücksbistro. Man hat einen tollen Ausblick auf das Meer vom Balkon aus. Die Appartements sind sehr gut ausgestattet und sehr großzügig geschnitten.
