The location was perfect! Having a balcony facing the Gulf, even though small, was wonderful. When looking for a place to stay, there were not many places that offered an Gulf view. The walkway to the beach was also a great amenity. The push-button entry lock, with a code specific to us was also nice - no need to have a key. The apartment complex this unit was located in was quiet, with ample parking, facing the Gulf on one side, and an open field with some grilling areas and some playgrounds and tennis courts on the other side. The kitchen was small but nicely updated, with newer appliances. The beds were comfortable. The age of the building and the effects of saltwater mist are evident around the doors and window, and in the bathroom; however everything was reasonably clean, and we would come back again.
Areas around the window and sliding door would benefit from deeper cleaning, and some paint, and similarly the balcony as well. The property manager was not easy to reach. The GPS directions only got us to within about a block of the apartment, and told us to take a left when we needed to take a right. It took several calls to get the address straightened out.

The view was great and the home was clean and needed items were provided.
Lacking maintenance on door locks and handles. There werent many steps but forvmy age it was difficult.
