House was clean and they had everything we needed. They thought of everything from Beach towels to Shampoo in the showers. Very roomy for 10 people to be comfortable. They had plenty of sitting room where we can all eat at a table together. I would definitely stay here again.
The check out time could be at least 11:00 am. I feel 10:00 am is a little too soon. I received a message that morning stating we promptly have to leave at 10:00 am and the cleaning crew will arrive exactly at 10:00 am and if we were still in the house I would be charge for another day.
