We were very happy with the location especially with the park located next door which was perfect for our dog. We were also very grateful that we were able to bring our dog. The kitchen facilities and the pool were definitely our favorite parts of the house, and we really appreciated that some common items like spices, olive oil, paper towels, toilet paper, etc. were available for use on the day that we arrived after our flight was delayed several hours and we arrived much later than we expected. We also really appreciated that there were beach chairs and umbrellas available to take to the beach.

The house was listed as a 4 bedroom house, but the one area with the sofa bed was right in the main entrance of the house with no privacy unfortunately which was not clear in the ad. The door from the one king bedroom's bathroom that exited out to the pool wouldn't lock, so that was open all week when we were at the property which left some of my family feeling a little uneasy and unsafe when we left the house for several hours. There were bikes available to use at the house, but one of the bikes had extremely loose handlebars that actually came off of the bike while my husband was riding it and he almost crashed the bike.

House needs some love. Attention to detail seems to be missed. Examples: one toilet was running when we got there and had to jiggle the handle after every use, cupboard door wouldn’t stay shut, stained sheet on twin bed, jumbled mess of linen closest when I tried to change the stained sheet, front door locked but didn’t feel secure, garage had spray paints and chemicals exposed in a closet that had “stuff” blocking the door and we had a 4 year old with us. A note about location: park is right next door, which is great but noise was a factor for us. We stayed 6 days and every single day (including Saturday and Sunday) there was construction within the park and near constant beeping vehicles starting and ending outside of the quiet hours. This is a true 3 bedroom house with sleeper sofa in the front living room. If planning on using that as a bed, realize there is zero privacy.
