Mieszkanie na 4 piętrze, kręte schody, wąska klatka schodowa. Do mieszkania wchodzimy o każdej porze dzięki zamkom na kod. Salon z kuchnią, sypialnia, łazienka z prysznicem i osobno WC. Dzielnica spokojna, nie zauwazyłem żadnych niepokojących incydentów, bardzo dużo dookoła sklepów spożywczych, piekarni i knajpek z przeróżnym gotowym jedzeniem. Bardzo blisko metro, świetna lokalizacja do zwiedzania Paryża.

We really enjoyed our stay! The location is excellent — close to the metro and bus stops, making it easy to get around the city. There is also a minimarket nearby, which is very convenient. The apartment is very clean and looks like it was recently renovated — it’s clear that it is well taken care of. We also appreciated the nice little touches from the host, such as tea, coffee, candies, and mineral water — a very thoughtful gesture.

I’m giving this place 5 stars, but I’d still like to mention a couple of small details: there is no soap dish in the shower, so there’s nowhere to put the soap. Also, the apartment is located on the 5th floor without an elevator — it wasn’t an issue for us, but it’s something elderly travelers or those with heavy luggage may want to consider.

Quiet apartment.Easy to get around by metro. Shops and bakeries nearby. We didn’t feel unsafe on the street! Good beds and shower. The kitchen had everything you needed, even coffee. Stairs, I understand if you have a big suitcase with you, climbing to the fourth floor takes some strength, luckily we had small bags with us :). I recommend this place.

Tee floors were poorly cleaned, socks were immediately dirty. The were no hand towels, the cleaner had forgotton?! The shower floor drain was blocked, the bathroom was about to flood! It would be good to have a hand towel holder in the toilet.

La experiencia en el alojamiento no fue del todo satisfactoria. En primer lugar, el apartamento no contaba con lavadora, lo cual resultó bastante incómodo para estancias de varios días. Además, hacía muchísimo calor dentro, y los dos ventiladores disponibles no eran suficientes para refrescar el ambiente, especialmente durante la noche. Otro punto importante a considerar es que el apartamento se encuentra en un cuarto piso sin ascensor, algo que puede ser un problema para personas con movilidad reducida o con equipaje pesado. También me preocupó la seguridad de la zona: desde la ventana de la habitación se podía ver actividad relacionada con el tráfico de drogas justo en la entrada del parque cercano, lo que generó una sensación constante de inseguridad.
