La literie qui est très confortable. La proximité du métro et des supérettes. Le café mis à disposition. Ainsi que les miniatures dans la salle de bain. Nous y avons dormi que 2 nuits, et en journée nous n'étions pas là, donc je ne peux pas dire si tout était bien pour cuisiner.

Le siphon de la douche qui était bouché, sûrement un oubli, rien de grave mais le premier soir, nous avons inondé la salle de bain. J'ai réglé le problème rapidement en le nettoyant.

Its location is excellent, 2 minute walk to the metro station. It is also in a lovely neighborhood with lots of cheap and nice market options. The place is pretty clean, especially the bathroom. They also left us clean towels, body gels and soaps. The sheets were clean and the beds were comfy. There is one tv and one fan in each room. There were lots of plates and utensils to use. Pans and a microwave are also available. The place had everything mentioned in the list. As a family of four we stayed here comfortably for a week. Would book this place again if were to visit Paris again

No air conditioner. In addition to being on the last floor there was also canicule in the first few days in our stay here so it was quite hot. The rest of our stay was okay, the fans were enough to keep us chill.

Mieszkanie na 4 piętrze, kręte schody, wąska klatka schodowa. Do mieszkania wchodzimy o każdej porze dzięki zamkom na kod. Salon z kuchnią, sypialnia, łazienka z prysznicem i osobno WC. Dzielnica spokojna, nie zauwazyłem żadnych niepokojących incydentów, bardzo dużo dookoła sklepów spożywczych, piekarni i knajpek z przeróżnym gotowym jedzeniem. Bardzo blisko metro, świetna lokalizacja do zwiedzania Paryża.

La experiencia en el alojamiento no fue del todo satisfactoria. En primer lugar, el apartamento no contaba con lavadora, lo cual resultó bastante incómodo para estancias de varios días. Además, hacía muchísimo calor dentro, y los dos ventiladores disponibles no eran suficientes para refrescar el ambiente, especialmente durante la noche. Otro punto importante a considerar es que el apartamento se encuentra en un cuarto piso sin ascensor, algo que puede ser un problema para personas con movilidad reducida o con equipaje pesado. También me preocupó la seguridad de la zona: desde la ventana de la habitación se podía ver actividad relacionada con el tráfico de drogas justo en la entrada del parque cercano, lo que generó una sensación constante de inseguridad.
