    Loved my stay at the Sparrow! It felt safe and walkable to all the things I needed. The coffee shop and food truck on site were super convenient. And the staff was so friendly and accommodating! They even let me borrow a steamer for my wrinkled clothes, which was great because I was there for a conference at Treefort (7 min walk.

    Room 22 and 28 are very noisy. Loud music, restaurant noise, and chatter is constant. Plus a generator or some kind of motorized machine goes on and off which reverberates throughout the room which is right above a diner. Not to mention, literally outside our door was a lounge area providing constant talking and noise. It appears room 22 and 28 must have been attic space at one time in the buildings history then converted to two tiny cramped rooms. If you want to get a good nights sleep. The Sparrow is not a good nesting spot.
