Fenster nicht Schallisoliert und laute stark befahrene Strasse direkt vor dem Apartment (3.Stock). Raumausstattung optisch gut, aber billig gemacht. (Umleimer lösen sich teilweise, Bodenbelag mit Aufwerfungen)
