Narastay @ Phrom Phong

We liked this place and, overall, we are happy to recommend it. The main issue was the very poor internet connection. We stayed here for three days. At first, the internet worked very poorly, and we sometimes had to use mobile data, which worked even better. On the last day, the internet disappeared completely and was not available at all. I went down to reception and asked what had happened. They said they did not know exactly what the problem was, but that something had happened to the internet and it would most likely be repaired the following day. However, we were already checking out the next day, so this was a real disadvantage of the apartment. That said, the apartment itself was very spacious and comfortable. There is one more detail to keep in mind. I do not know whether it will be critical for other guests. It was not a major problem for us because I carried the suitcase myself. However, the service elevator used for transporting luggage can only be accessed from reception, and reception is located on the third floor. This means that if you are staying on the third floor or above, where the hotel rooms are located, you will first have to carry your luggage up the stairs to the third floor. From there, you can use the elevator to take it to your apartment. This is something guests should be aware of. Also, there are no cooking facilities inside the room. However, guests can go down to reception and use the shared kitchen there to prepare food.

Excellent stay worth the money.

We had a great stay at Narastay. The place is good for tourists like us. The staff were accommodating and friendly. They address our needs and concerns. The only thing is they don’t have elevator so it would be challenging for those who have heavy luggage but it was manageable. The place has nearby stores and walking distance to the train station. We will definitely recommend the place. Thank you so much. 😊
