The main floor offers another comfortable bedroom with a queen bed and full bathroom, while the windowed setting area boasts a serta beauty rest trundle bed and provides a serene treetop experience. Stay connected with high-speed internet throughout the house, and indulge in the country kitchen that offers a delightful view of deer playing on the ridge. The dining area features a unique tree trunk table for six, and Smart TVs are available throughout the cabin. Unwind in the hot tub for six, which offers a captivating vista of the ridge. The peaceful porch offers two perspectives: one overlooking the ridge, and the other providing a view of the pasture, where you can bring your own horses to enjoy the park or marvel at the Ranch Mini Horses' playful antics. The Horseman Camp is just minutes away, and in the walk-out basement, you'll find a game room and a convenient half bath. The game room offers various entertainment options, including giant Jenga, dominoes, Connect Four, shuffleboard, putter golf, and more. Explore the nearby creek and discover an Indian Trail Marker Tree, confirmed to be over 200 years old. As you enter the property, rustic board fencing lines the drive, and a large parking lot is available for trailers. If you're seeking a quiet place to relax, just minutes away from Nashville and Columbus, with a distinctive cowboy feel, this is the perfect destination. You'll also enjoy proximity to Story Inn, The Sycamore Saloon, Hard Truth, Mount Liberty Farm, and many more attractions. We offer horse accommodation at $50 per horse per stay, with two turn-out lots and loafing sheds available. We are pet friendly there is a $75 pet fee. The Brown County Horseman's Campground is only a 10-minute drive away, ensuring convenience for equestrian enthusiasts.

Had a short girls weekend and it was a perfect spot! Very clean and a beautiful location. The fire pit, game room and hot tub kept us busy. It was also great for our pups! Next time we decide to visit Brown County we will definitely stay here.

Hot tub was clean and beautiful. Worked great!Cabin was mostly clean: as expected out in the country. The brewing coffee pot did not work but they did have a single cup keurig available. There was minimal to no hand soap at the sinks. The outdoor fire pit area was amazing with lots of wood to purchase. All in all very peaceful with little traffic noise. The host responded quickly. Close to Nashville, the state park, and restaurants. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and plan to come back.

This is a nice property located very close to downtown Nashville and Brown County state park while also being in a quiet, peaceful setting. The cabin was comfortable and well maintained with everything you could need in the kitchen if you are going to be cooking. Overall, all the major things you would expect to be clean were. However, the longer we were there (3 nights) the more little things we began to notice that were missed; ceiling fans with heavy dust on the blades, bathroom fan covers, baseboards, etc. The hand soap in the kitchen and bathrooms were empty and we had to find one in a cabinet to use. Only one garbage bag in the kitchen so we grabbed one from the game room trash can. Things like that. Minor issues that didn't bother us, but would make a difference to some others. The property is very steep, especially the drive up from the road. Depending on your vehicle you may have trouble. If you have issues with walking or balance you might have trouble as well.Overall, we enjoyed our time there and being able to relax and take in the quiet. I wouldn't hesitate to return and would recommend others give it a look.

The house is on a beautiful property outside of Gnawbone, so about 15 minutes from Brown County state park. It’s a great house for relaxing and hanging out and worked as a great base for our family’s spring break.
