Heath, the safety and well-being of our guests are of utmost importance to us. For this reason, we use a thorough and extensive process of cleaning after each check-out.
1. Guests will be charged in full for any damages or violations of the house rules below.
2. Guests must be 18+ years of age to make a reservation.
3. All guests must complete online check-in process to stay with us. This may require a photo of guests’ government-issued ID and personal information to verify their identity and comply with regulatory requirements.
4. Check-in starts at 3 pm. Checkout is at 10 am. Early check-in or late checkout may be requested but is not guaranteed. It is $25 per each hour earlier/later. Guests who stay beyond their designated checkout time or delay our housekeeping staff are liable for any associated costs and expenses.
5. Guests are typically not allowed to make a reservation in their city of residence. Please contact us if you're booking within your city.
6. Smoking, parties, and excessive noise are not allowed. Smoking violations are subject to a 1000 USD fine plus the cost to clean, deodorize, or repair damages.
7. Overnight guests that exceed the number stated in the reservation are not allowed.
8. Pets are not allowed unless otherwise noted. Violation of our pet policy and unauthorized bringing of pets will result in a $500 fine. We encourage guests with service animals to contact us before their stay.
9. Guests are responsible for covering the cost to replace lost keys, key cards, fobs, or parking passes.
10. Noise detecting technology may be used inside the guest space to monitor excessive noise levels.
11. Guests take full responsibility for loss, injury, or damages that occur on the premises and its facilities.
12. Please double-check your belongings before checking out. Any items left behind in the unit may be discarded by our cleaning team, as we cannot guarantee their storage or return.
13. Booking a reservation constitutes an agreement to comply with the House Rules. Guests who violate these rules are liable for any associated damages, fees, costs, or expenses and may be removed from the property.

My partner and I had an amazing stay but there were some things that left us a little disappointed. One being that none of the neon lights could be plugged in except for one that could be plugged into the usb port of the tv. We were really looking forward to taking pictures with them. Two all of the pool sticks were broken except for 2 and one of those 2 did not have a tip to it. The room also wasn't really big enough to fully play a game of pool without hitting something behind you. Other than that the views were great, beds and bean bag chairs were very comfortable and I absolutely loved the full kitchen. We were able to bring our own food and cook and everything there. Host was fast with responses!

Condo is very nice and very clean. Covenant to rasatura. Love the pool table they put on one of the room. My family and I had a great time. I wish the bed and pillow is a bit comfortable.

This one needs some TLC. Pool table was nice but the room was a mess. Parking despite the lot on site is not included and the threat of towing is real.
Not enough silverware for 3 people let alone 6. Issies with washer
