Located in Messina, the villa Domus Aurige offers guests a fantastic view of the sea. The 3-storey property consists of a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 7 people. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) with a dedicated workspace for home office, a smart TV with streaming services, air conditioning as well as children's books and toys. Furthermore, a table tennis table and gym equipment are available on the property. A baby cot is also available.
This vacation rental offers a private outdoor area with a whirlpool, garden, 3 balconies, a barbecue, and an outdoor shower. Additionally, guests have access to a shared outdoor area with a fenced pool (open from June to October from 9.30am to 1.30pm and from 3.30pm to 7.30pm). The pool is shared with the owner on weekends and in the month of August.
The property is located close to the beach, public transport links are within walking distance and there is a tennis court within a 15-minute walk.

Communication with the host was outstanding. Any questions or concerns were answered and resolved quickly. The home is very comfortable, with ample room in the three bedrooms, and a beautiful pool out back. The top floor bedroom was a great space and the best views of the sea, you can see clear across to mainland Italy. The house is about a ten minute walk to shops and restraunts, and the bus service makes it easy to make your way to downtown Messina in about 30 minutes. If you're planning to visit this area, I would not hesitate to recommend this home.
