The Neighborhood:
Located just southeast of downtown Austin across Ladybird Lake, our neighborhood is quiet, diverse, and vibrant. While our location is great for accessing the downtown Austin hotspots, there is plenty to do in the immediate area, such as frequent pop-up markets and cute coffee shops like Nena'i Café. We love living here, and think you will too!
Getting Around:
The best way to get around is by rideshare, car, bike, or on foot. Sixth Street is located a quick 10-20 minute drive away depending on traffic conditions, as is Rainey Street and other tourist hotspots. Austin is a bike-friendly city with plenty of rental outlets available as well as a bikeshare program. Our immediate neighborhood is quite walkable.

-We have a minimum age requirement for booking this rental. Reservation holder must be 21 years or older.
-We request that guests complete a guest verification process and sign an additional agreement prior to receiving any check-in information.
-We require that guests provide a valid credit card and piece of ID for identification purposes only.
-We do not accept peer-to-peer payment systems or any prepaid debit cards as methods of payment.
-Pets are not allowed at this property.
-Mailing packages to the premises is not permitted.
-We use Arlo/Hikvision and Noise Aware in our homes. Arlo/Hikvision is a video recording system that has been installed at the front/back doors of the home’s EXTERIOR ONLY, for your safety. NoiseAware is a decibel monitoring system that we use to keep in accordance with local noise regulations.
Interaction with Guests:
You will have complete privacy here, however every question or concern you may have before or during your stay will be promptly addressed via messenger or phone. In the case of a maintenance emergency, our ground team is available to assist you. Entry is keyless, there’s no need to coordinate key pick up.

Location was 10 minutes from airport and downtown. Cheap ubers in especially during the day. House had a pool, putting green, ping pong table, grill and all. We grilled quite a few times and enjoyed the space. Our trip golfed a few times, enjoyed the Mothership comedy club, went paintballing and explored downtown Austin. Great spot for 15 people. Groups of 18 may need to share some of the bigger beds. But for the location, it was certainly worth it. When we had any questions we could call Heirloom or our VRBO contact.
