We stayed as a family for a sports competition for one of our children. Great location (for our needs), close to Vanderbilt and easy to drive to other neighborhoods. Enjoyed Tito’s downstairs. Place was as described and relatively clean. Unfortunately our stay was hindered by a couple of things. The fridge couldn’t keep a cool temp, so the 200 in groceries we had paid to have delivered and stocked pre arrival, all went bad. They wouldn’t replace or refund us and kept ignoring my requests when I messaged about it. It also caused us to spend more on going out to eat. We weren’t given sheets or bedding for the pullout. When I contacted them, I asked for them to leave the sheets in a bag outside the door bc my 13 yo daughter was alone in the apartment. They entered without permission with her alone in the property, yet still didn’t bring a blanket. No safe was in the unit so another reason I was annoyed they entered. No wifi was given, I had to ask a few times. The kitchen had lots of plates and bowls but few cooking utensils. Loud neighbors woke us at 3:30am. It’s Nashville, but we thought being off the beaten path would reduce that.If you don’t need a fridge or bedding for the pullout this place would be great. For us, it ended up being less than stellar.

This was an excellent unit for a small family. Two private rooms, two full baths, clean, well stocked, and a good location that is close to everything but not too close. A new Mexican restaurant downstairs was a welcome bonus. Easy check-in and good, safe parking in the garage or above it, too. This one is a winner.
