Charming 2 bedroom 2 bathroom home with pool in Sarasota with central location.

We loved our stay! The pool was perfect for our 2 kids and the screen enclosure kept them mosquito free, a huge win in Fl summer. The house was exactly like the pictures and perfect for our family of 4. The neighborhood was quiet and we were within 10 minutes of any activity that we wanted to do! The host is so nice and very quick to reach out/respond. Would definitely stay again!

Very nice home with a refreshing pool. Would stay again!

This home was exceptionally clean and had everything our family needed for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation. The pool was kept at a very comfortable temperature, there was plenty of comfortable seating, and the neighborhood was quiet and welcoming. The host’s communication was excellent throughout our stay, making the entire experience seamless. We would definitely recommend this home and would gladly stay here again!

Communication was very fast at all times. When we arrived, we found out the house had been double booked by another online company and VRBO. The other party was very gracious and left so that we could have the house. The host offered to extend our stay one night for free, but we already had flights arranged so we did not take her up in the offer. It seemed as if every renter had the same door code (the host informed us how to change it, and we changed it back before we left). As mentioned by another reviewer, the floors were quite dirty. The grass was tall when we arrived but was mowed the next day. Could have used a bottle opener in the kitchen. The lanai screens were torn and let in bugs, and there broken tiles around the pool border. The string lights in the pool area were plugged into a power strip laying on the ground outside, and when it rained hard the lights flickered. The mattresses felt like they needed to be upgraded (I felt like I was rolling into my husband). Location was very convenient.
