The home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood near Philippe Park, downtown Safety Harbor, waterfront activities, restaurants, shopping, Clearwater, Tampa International Airport, and other Tampa Bay attractions.
Each bedroom provides a comfortable queen bed. After exploring the area, relax by the pool, enjoy the outdoor space, prepare dinner together, or unwind in the open living area. The pool is maintained at approximately 86°F. Children must always be supervised around the pool.
Check-in begins at 3:00 PM and checkout is by 11:00 AM. No pets, parties, or events are permitted. Smoking is not allowed inside; outdoor smoking is permitted near the pool only when guests use an ashtray and dispose of cigarette butts properly. Quiet hours are 10:00 PM–8:00 AM.
