Beyond the many unparalleled beaches in Laguna, the City of Laguna Beach is a renowned artist colony with dozens of art galleries and museums, art and music festivals, craft shows, and the world famous Pageant of the Masters where actors in combination with hand crafted sets and props bring famous art pieces and sculptures to life! BEDROOMS & BATHROOM: ‘MOSS STREET VISTAS’ is the ideal beach themed retreat offering 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. This home sleeps 2 comfortably in the king bed and four more in two full size beds in the second bedroom.
KITCHEN & DINING: A fully outfitted kitchen offers all expected appliances and cooking equipment to prepare any size meal. The dining area seats four and has a full ocean view! There is also outdoor furniture to enjoy your meal while dining al fresco.
FAMILY ROOM: A comfy sofa, side chair with padded ottoman offer plenty of seating. There is a very large flat screen TV with Google TV. Wifi is free.
OUTDOORS: Attached balcony off the family room with SPECTACULAR OCEAN VIEWS is offered where there is additional seating perfect for a glass of wine at sunset!
SUITABILITY: Non-Smoking home. Must have an adult(s) 25 or older staying at the house during the term of the stay. MOSS STREET VISTAS is located on the ground floor of a 3 story building. There is one flights of stairs down from street level. No elevator.
