- Winston Lane Beach Access #5: 0.46 mi (about a 9 min walk). Bike or foot access only; no car or cart parking.
- New pedestrian underpass: Colorful murals, and you'll reach the sand in about 8 minutes.

- Parking: 2 spaces officially, extra parking by mailboxes. No on street parking permitted.
- The pool can be heated for $50/day. Please inquire with us when booking and we can set up for you!
- The word is out! 30A is one of Florida's best vacation spots. Unfortunately, more visitors means less parking options. Additional parking spaces are the responsibility of the renter. We recommend looking into nearby storage facilities who offer long term parking options in their lots.
- Minimum age to rent the home is 25.
- We love our furry friends, and they need a vacation too! We allow dogs that are under 30 lbs and non- shedding. If your pup fits that criteria, we'd love for you to bring them along. A one-time, non-refundable pet fee of $150 will be added to your reservation. Thank you for understanding!
- Vacation disruptions can be a bummer. While it doesn't happen often, you may experience issues with Wi-Fi or construction on 30A. We are not responsible for any disruptions to the Wi-Fi service or any construction that may affect your experience. Please note that such occurrences are beyond our control, and we appreciate your understanding and patience in these matters.

The host had wonderful communication and checked in via text throughout the week. The home was beautiful and clean. The pool and hot tub were amazing to have in the backyard. it was a quick trip to get to the beach via golf cart or bike ride. It was also an easy walk. This house is located in a beautiful neighborhood , close to shops, the beach and more. Our whole family had an amazing time.

Beach Bliss is a great house. We loved the location. It’s very easy access to the beach and we loved having use of the LSV. Having the beach supplied (chairs, cooler, wagon, etc) was great. Everything with the rental was wonderful.

House was clean and convenient location! Beach supplies very nice plus beach towels! Washer and dryer on both level was Excellent. The only 2 things to improve refrigerator could have been colder and lights in back yard to enjoy the backyard at night. One little light on covered porch and one small light in pool.

6 kids and 6 adults, we had plenty of room. Communication was great, a great location. The golf cart was so nice to have! We had a great stay!
