One of six cottages at Lower Aylescott Cottages, Royd Cottage is a lovely two-bedroom holiday cottage that comfortably sleeps up to four guests. This delightful cottage has been thoughtfully renovated to still feature plenty of its original character such as exposed stone walls and wood beams and is equipped to a high standard to offer everything couples or families will require on a self-catering holiday in North Devon.

Kitchen/Diner: Electric oven with hob, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, washing machine and dining table.
First Floor
Bedroom 1: Double bedroom with double bed
Bedroom 2: Twin bedroom with two full size single beds.
Bathroom: Bath with shower overhead, WC and wash basin.

Gas central heating, electric oven with hob, microwave, fridge with small freezer compartment, dishwasher, washing machine, WiFi, bed linen and towels provided (beach towels not supplied), cot (please bring your own cot bedding), high chair on request, short breaks available, no smoking, pet free cottage, 4 miles from the coast, 0.5 miles from the nearest pub, weekly changeover day is Friday, supermarket delivery, outdoor dining area in communal courtyard , off road parking for 1 car, over 4 acres of communal grounds, a children’s play area, two fishing lakes (rod licence required).
