The holiday apartment La Tour 74, located in Thônes, offers breathtaking views of the Alps and the Aravis mountains. To reach the 50 m² property, you descend a small path with a few steps. The studio features a living area, a fully equipped kitchen, one bedroom, and a bathroom, accommodating up to 2 guests. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi with a dedicated workspace for remote work and a TV. A washing machine and dryer are available for shared use with the host.



The property offers a private terrace and access to a shared garden—perfect for relaxing outdoors. Public transport, local food shops, and supermarkets are about a 15-minute walk away.
