About this house rental
This beautiful house is the perfect balance between a modern home surrounded by San Antonio's rich history and lifestyle! This large, new home is located in a peaceful area in Downtown San Antonio, (5 min drive to the Alamo, Riverwalk and all major attractions). It includes a master suite, covered patio with BBQ grill & Hot-Tub. Cable & wireless internet throughout the house. It’s remodeled with wood & tile floors, ceiling fans in all rooms. You will have private parking.
This beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 bath, 2000sqf house includes beds for 8 people plus a queen air mattress, which is very comfortable, so it can sleep a total of 10 people. House includes everything you need, smart TVs, which can be used with Netflix and all cables channels, Wi-Fi, washer & dryer and more. This house is also suitable for babies and it includes a highchair and a pack ’n Play/travel crib. The high ceilings and skylights make this a bright and inviting space. This house Includes a perfect huge outside spot for sitting and enjoying the outdoors, BBQ and a hot-tub, under a covered patio with plenty of parking. I can assure you will love it!
Awesome location to visit all the downtown attractions. The house is located in a popular up and coming neighborhood, just minutes away from the Riverwalk, Alamo, Alamodome & downtown, few minutes away from tons of restaurants, bars and shopping and lots of other attractions. This is one of the best spots you could find in San Antonio.

5 min drive to River Center mall
You are welcome to enjoy the house in its entirety from the kitchen to the backyard with BBQ area. There is also a private patio to sit and relax.
• Check in is at 3pm. No keys are required.
• Checkout is at 10am. No keys are required.
- Early check in & Late check-out might be possible for an additional fee (Please ask for an approval first)
I will be more then happy to assist with any issue. I live 15 minutes away and will gladly help with any need. While you are here, the house is yours to enjoy and interaction with me is up to you! You can use the keypad entry to access the home and I will send you the access code upon arrival. Once you have settled in, do not forget to check out my list of top recommended sites to enjoy while you are in the Alamo city. I want your stay to be as pleasant as possible so please don't hesitate to contact me via the app.
Please note -
- House is 100% non-smoking.
- Hot-Tub will not be heated prior to your arrival. If you wish to heat it up, you can do so when checking in. Please note it will take a few hours for the water to heat.
- Hot Tub maximum temperature can reach up to 95 degrees.
- Parties are NOT allowed! Sound sensors which are used to detect the intensity of sound, are installed in this home to prevent unauthorized events.
- Please, no loud music after 22:00.
- Highchair and Pack n Play are available upon request.
- We ARE pet friendly for up to two pets, but we need to know if you will be traveling with furry companions. We charge a $50 flat cleaning fee for the stay, to account for the additional time necessary to clean in these cases.
- During your stay, I can connect you with recommended high-quality professionals who provide in-home treatments such as massages, facial treatments or private dining with a private chef. Feel free to ask me about it.

This was my mother in law’s first time visiting the Alamo, Riverwalk, and staying anywhere other than a hotel. The house is very close to Alamo and the Riverwalk and we loved the patio area and the grill!! It was ver cozy and felt like home away from home. If we ever visit San Antonio area again, I will definitely book this home again!! The beds were comfy, the entire house was very clean with all the needed amenities!! Friendly and attentive host that accommodated my family’s needs and communicated throughout our stay. I highly recommend booking this home for your visit to San Antonio!!

We enjoyed the property immensely & it was exactly as advertized. Close to downtown & the Riverwalk in a transitional neighborhood that was very quiet. It was a little inconvenient that access to the back yard was not through the house but walking around to the side gate did not stop us from using it!
