**PLEASE NOTE: be aware the rental is next to a restaurant space. As a result, there may be additional noise heard from their rooftop until they close at 10pm.**

Potential for Noise: Due to the home’s historic character and close proximity to all the city has to offer, some road and city noise may be heard. White-noise machines are provided in each unit for your comfort.

With its friendly neighbors, cozy restaurants, and tree lined streets, our neighborhood will immerse you in Charleston’s classic charm. This house is perfect for a family or group seeking a fun, culinary and cultural vacation. Popular dining spots in the neighborhood include Xiao Bao Biscuit, Fuel, Porchetta Shop, Southbound, R Kitchen, Chubby Fish and many more! Our guests and neighbors also rave about Welton's Tiny Bakeshop and Kudu Coffee. We recommend going to either for a cup of locally-roasted coffee or their delicious cookies and cakes. The house is only a short walk from the very popular King Street where you will find a multitude of great shops – including antique shops, book stores and fashion boutiques – as well as endless buzzing restaurants and bars.
Getting Around:
You can walk almost everywhere - but should you want to rest your feet, there are many other options for getting around: Uber, Lyft, Charleston Bike Taxi, Charleston Rickshaw, Green Taxi or Yellow Cab.
Other Things to Note:
Luggage storage offered Monday- Friday at our main office from 8:30am-5pm. On weekends we recommend utilizing Bounce Luggage storage. Please inquire once booking is complete for the address!

Positives:
The appartement was beautiful and very clean. High quality furniture and appliances. The location is very good, a few minutes away from downtown and all the restaurants and bars yiu might want to go to.
Negatives:
The appartement has a kitchen but nowhere to eat! No dining table or counter with stools to eat if you didn’t plan on going to the restaurant all the time.
The area is very noisy from the upstairs neighbours jumping around late at night to cars going down the street with full bass. The side neighbour also has dogs that can be heard growling quite loudly from 2 of the rooms during the day as well as at night. However this was kind of expected considering this is an older building and not necessarily as well insulated.
