This property features 3 homes on the property. One is a former wedding chapel that has been fully renovated and converted to a 5-bedroom; 4 ½ bathroom home. This home has many unique architectural features that have been retained during the conversion of the wedding chapel. The living/kitchen area is highlighted by soaring 20-foot ceilings and a beautiful heart pine floating stairwell with an abundance of natural light. The Chapel Loft retained its original doors, which lead to a street-front patio. The back carriage house duplex features two four-bedroom, four-bathroom suites that provide ample space to accommodate large parties.



A vacation rental that is able to accommodate a family or group of this size, (3 kitchens, 13 beds and 12.5 baths) is something you won't find anywhere in Downtown Charleston.



Potential for Noise: Due to the home’s historic character and close proximity to all the city has to offer, some road and city noise may be heard. White-noise machines are provided in each unit for your comfort.

With its friendly neighbors, cozy restaurants, and tree lined streets, our neighborhood will immerse you in Charleston’s classic charm. This house is perfect for a family or group seeking a fun, culinary and cultural vacation. Popular dining spots in the neighborhood include Xiao Bao Biscuit, Fuel, Porchetta Shop, Southbound, R Kitchen, Chubby Fish and many more! Our guests and neighbors also rave about Welton's Tiny Bakeshop and Kudu Coffee. We recommend going to either for a cup of locally-roasted coffee or their delicious cookies and cakes. The house is only a short walk from the very popular King Street where you will find a multitude of great shops – including antique shops, book stores and fashion boutiques – as well as endless buzzing restaurants and bars.



Getting Around:

You can walk almost everywhere - but should you want to rest your feet, there are many other options for getting around: Uber, Lyft, Charleston Bike Taxi, Charleston Rickshaw, Green Taxi or Yellow Cab.



Other Things to Note:

Luggage storage offered Monday- Friday at our main office from 8:30am-5pm. On weekends we recommend utilizing Bounce Luggage storage. Please inquire once booking is complete for the address!
