About this cottage rental
Lakefront Cottage located in Paudash Lake, 15 minutes from Bancroft. around 2 hours drive from Toronto, Ottawa and Kingston.
4 Bedrooms with flat screen TV and en-suite bathroom. Can sleep 16 or more. Large deck overlooking Paudash Lake.
The Cottage has great access to the water from your own private dock.
Bring your boat or rent one.
Enjoy winter? Ice fishing steps away. Or bring your snow mobile and enjoy the frozen lake.
Paudash Lake is a very clean, very deep with great fishing and a health population of loons and herons that can often be seen from the dock.
Very peaceful and is known for great fishing.
The Cottage has great access to the water from your own private dock. You can bring your own boat or rent one from the marina just across the lake. (2 min walk).
You can soak up some sun on the upper deck or on the large dock to catch a nap right next to the lake in a Muskoka chair.
Interior
A spacious, luxuriously decorated bungalow with four bedrooms with en-suite. Large bright kitchen with a formal dining room with a table that can seat 12 as well as a breakfast area that can seats 6. Modern open concept Kitchen is equipped with all necessary modern kitchen appliance.
The huge living room with cathedral ceiling for your party, which can accommodate more than 25 people.
Flat Screen TV with Netflix. Wireless Internet, Central Air/Heating with remote, to control your own comfortable setting in each room. Each room has a large window with Lakefront view and walkout door to the large deck with BBQ, Chairs and a patio table..
The large family room is well equipped with sectional corner sofas and a 65” TV.
The big master bedroom comes equipped with a king size bed and en suite 4 piece bathroom. Two other rooms with Queen bed with en suite bathroom. Fourth bedroom is children's bedroom with two bunk bed which can sleep six.
The large family room is well equipped with 2 sectional corner sofas and a 65” TV with a IP box which has over 500 channels in various language with movies, sports, music, news.
Exterior
As you exit the rooms you find yourself on the beautiful deck that comes equipped with table, umbrella, 6 chairs and a propane BBQ as well as 4 loungers.
Stepping 5 steps down off the deck is a large lawn area off the lake and a large floating dock with ladders providing access to the water. The dock faces south and is a great place to soak up the sun, fishing, or just relaxing in one of the Muskoka chairs.
Lots of land to enjoy with family and friends. Incredible views of the lake. Kick back relax and get away from your busy city life. Very warm and cozy family cottage. Ideal for family and friends. Celebrate your birthday, anniversary or retirement party. Ideal place for a lakeside wedding.

We loved our stay at this cottage! The property was gorgeous. The host was excellent at communicating and helped whenever we needed. We had a great time!
