About this house rental
This lovely 3 bedroom East Vail townhome is nestled in the trees on the side of the mountain, creating quiet and peaceful ambiance yet minutes to all that Vail has to offer. The home has 2.5 bathrooms, a well stocked kitchen, wood burning fireplace, and amazing down valley views. An inviting main level has an open floor plan with vaulted ceilings, wood floors, fireplace, large flat screen, and powder room. The large deck off the living area has amazing panoramic westerly views. There is ample room at the dining room table for 6 as well as breakfast bar seating for 3. The private upstairs consists of the primary suite with a queen bed and full bathroom. On the lower level there are 2 more bedrooms, one with a king bed and the other bedroom has a captain's bunk and a queen bed. There is also a large full bathroom and laundry room on this floor.
Outside your front door is Booth Creek Park with ample green space, picnic tables, and tennis courts. Free shuttle service into Vail Village conveniently runs every 15 minutes during ski season. The Booth Falls trailhead is a short walk and a wonderful summer hike or winter snow shoe. There is assigned parking for one vehicle only.
