Kathy's house is a HOME not a vacation rental. It is well appointed, her renovation should have been revealed on HGTV! it's beautiful! The only thing nicer than her home is Kathy herself, what a pleasure to work with her. Great neighborhood, great open layout, awesome location! You can tell right away she is a long time local who carefully choose this location. I have been coming to Mammoth since the 70's and this is my favorite neighborhood. I will return as often as possible. We LOVED our stay. Did I mention how peaceful and quiet it was, and how the back deck can immediately erase all the stresses of the concrete jungle! Truly a place that will replenish your soul.

We have stayed at many homes in Mammoth, and this is by far one of our favorites. We loved the location because it was easy walking distance to the Village. The home has recently been remodeled, and everything was fresh and clean and well designed. We will definitely be back.
