The house is located close to a nautical club (sailing lessons, paddle rental, kayak...), a diving club and a surf club.
The shops of Plouguerneau are 5 minutes away by car (bakeries, restaurants, crêperies, bars).
You will enjoy a large enclosed garden, a real adventure playground for the little ones, it is not uncommon to have the visit of animals (pheasants, roe deer, salamanders, toads, orvets...). A small path gives you access to a fine sandy beach and the GR34 hiking circuit.

First floor: living room of 30 M2 with wood stove, TV, large kitchen equipped with 4 gas burners, dishwasher, oven, WC
Upstairs: 3 bedrooms (2 double beds and 1 single bed, 1 bunk bed and 1 drawer bed), 1 bathroom with shower, bathtub and toilet
