Ideally Located Austin Bungalow - mins from restaurants, parks, & entertainment

Erin was a great host and communicated with us right away when we had questions or needed help checking in. We were happy with the cleanliness of the house and really appreciated a fully stocked bathroom and laundry room. We didn’t need to buy extra soap or laundry detergent. The place was well decorated and felt like we were at home. The beds, pillows and sheets were very comfortable. The neighborhood was very quiet and seemed like a safe area to be in. Close enough to downtown but traffic seams to always be busy. Would recommend for family’s with kids since there are 2 living rooms. The kids could have their own space and tv which was nice.

We were in town for my daughter’s wedding and needed a place to stay that was big enough to accommodate us and provide a place for the bride to get ready. This bungalow was perfect! The kitchen, living room and dining room are very spacious. Plus there’s a second living area at the end of the hallway so there was plenty of room for us to spread out. When we first walked in, the house smelled amazing and was spotless! The beds were super comfy, the kitchen had everything we needed, and the shower in the master bedroom was like being at a spa. There’s even a cute courtyard that was perfect for a morning cup of coffee. Erin was very communicative and answered all my messages in a timely manner. The location can’t be beat! And the neighborhood truly is very quiet with people walking their dogs! I highly recommend staying at Erin’s bungalow whenever you are in Austin!
