About this chalet rental
This peaceful accommodation offers a relaxing stay for the whole family. You will appreciate the calm and the direct access to the natural activities of the Belgian Ardennes. Durbuy is 15 minutes away, Marche-en-Famenne 10 minutes.
At 1km are available 3 take away services (catering, pizzas, bread), then at 4km a grocery store, bakery, butcher.
There is a terrace for the summer and a cosy lounge for the winter with its stove.
We are Aurélie and Fabien, a French couple from Normandy who have been living in Brussels since January 2021. We have a son, Gustave, born in 2020.
We had always lived in the countryside until this project to experience another type of life, more urban.
But we sometimes miss the contact with nature, hence the purchase of this chalet to which we come regularly. It is located in a very quiet holiday park and is well integrated into its surroundings (lebochetay .be). We rent it out to help cover the annual costs. A bag of pellets will be waiting for you on arrival, and it is your responsibility to return it during your stay.
We would like to apply the "I finish, I buy back" principle for all those little essentials: washing-up liquid, bin liners, soap, paper towels, aluminium foil, oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, toilet paper.
Cleaning is not included in the basic price, you are responsible for doing it when you leave.
