With multiple shared spaces, including a formal lounge, separate dinning and family room, and large bedrooms that look across the surrounding paddocks, The Folly is perfect for families and larger groups wanting to escape to the country.

Well equipped family style kitchen with gas cook top, electric oven, dishwasher and Lavazza coffee pod machine.

-Bedroom 3 - Queen bed
-Bedroom 4 - Double bed with king single above and additional king single bed - sleeps 4

-Main bathroom with bath, shower, vanity and toilet
-Ensuite to main bedroom
- Laundry with washing machine and toilet on ground floor level
- Parking on driveway at the front of house
