About this house rental
Farmhouse-style house with 340m², located 46km from the capital, but surrounded by nature. Tranquility of the countryside, with the convenience and proximity of the city.
We are 6km from the center of Embu, on a small dirt road that gives the feeling of traveling through the Brazilian countryside, just 1 hour from São Paulo.
THE SPACE:
- Spacious main room with fireplace, comfortable sofas and armchairs, and a Smart TV with streaming service.
Charming co-working space with 600mg fiber internet, reading area, and garden views.
- Dining room for 10 people with heater and cast iron wood stove.
- Fully equipped kitchen with laundry area including washing machine and garage.
Comfortable and well-furnished rooms, with original farm beds and ceiling fans.
