- Check-in: Between 15:00 - 20:00 (confirmation required 48 hours in advance).
- Check-out: By 10:00.
- Late check-in possible (subject to availability; additional fee of €20 - €40 for arrivals post 20:00).
- Parties and events are not permitted.
- Smoking prohibited inside and outside the villa.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Pool available from June 1st to September 15th.
- Additional cleaning fee: €200.
