Villa Barvalento is absolutely gorgeous, the photos don’t do it justice. The villa is so well laid out, beautifully furnished and has a very well equipped kitchen. We were a family of 6 adults and two babies and everything was perfect for us. We were glad we paid extra for the pool heating, it was 32 degrees which was ideal. The tennis court is an added bonus. We barbecued most evenings which was easy with the gas bbq. We will definitely book this villa again, it is wonderful.
A car is needed as the town and supermarkets are a good few minutes drive away. A lovely beach is 15 minutes walk and has a good cafe/restaurant, but it is uphill walking home so takes a bit longer. We also recommend visiting Ferragudo, a lovely traditional village 20 minutes drive away.

The house was perfect for our needs it had everything and more than we required, the outside space for sitting and dining were excellent,as a family of three generations we had super fun in the pool and tennis court.
A big thank you to the staff of Elite Rentals for their prompt response to queries that we had.
Nothing that comes to mind.

The house and garden are spacious, nice swimming pool and the tennis yard is a plus. All agreements were timely in order. Communication was swift. The child chair was not present but was brought immediately after informing Elite.
Making sure that the ordered items are present upon arrival (child high chair). Rental price high chair/baby cot is too high.

Loved every thing about the villa , location and services , cleaner was lovely , the Gardner and pool man very chatty , local restaurant only 3 min walk was great , food amazing and catered for children , only thing I would say is there should be plastic glasses for around the pool ( I luckily took my own ) overall it was a fantastic stay .
