The Beach Club D-801 is a spacious three-bedroom, three-bath condo on the 8th floor of Doral Tower, offering stunning Gulf-front views.

Interior & Amenities:
• Balcony access is from the living room, primary bedroom, and third bedroom
• Tile flooring is throughout the unit
• Fully equipped kitchen with everything you need in your home away from home; dining table seats six, plus four bar stools for additional seating
• Washer and dryer are located inside the unit
• Living area features a sofa sleeper
• Primary bedroom has a king-size bed
• Second bedroom has a queen-size bed and a small balcony
• Third bedroom has a bunk bed (twin on top, full on bottom) plus a twin trundle (*children six years or younger should not be permitted on the top bunk)
Clubhouse Amenities (Optional):
• Beach-front community pool with bar/grill and seasonal kids’ entertainment, complimentary morning coffee, fitness center, indoor pool, onsite arcade, sauna, snack bar, spa (additional service fees apply), steam room, tennis courts, and towel service.
• Guests may enjoy the four outdoor tower pools, tennis courts, and food trucks without purchasing clubhouse access.
Clubhouse fee: $55/day/unit (up to $301 for seven days) — payable directly to the Beach Club. Monthly reservations are $100/month per couple.
Additional Features & Rules:
• Keyless entry for hassle-free check-in and check-out.
• Parking passes $42 each, plus tax. Two passes are automatically applied. Visitor passes $7/day. Notify the office if additional passes are needed. Registration is required for each vehicle.

Beautiful property! Kitchen was decently stocked, although we only booked one meal there. The space was very comfortable for hanging out with our teenage daughters, as well as the sleeping and bathroom arrangement. The view was great! Only thing we wished was in place was just basics like salt, pepper, and maybe a couple more laundry pods. But those are niceties. The space was great.

Honestly, our stay was a dream. We are locals, so we started spring break just going to the beach on Monday, and thought it would be fun to do an impromptu trip for the weekend. The property is phenomenal. The condo was incredibly priced in comparison to other listings that we looked at and it came with several great amenities. You will get a text that says you can upgrade to "clubhouse amenities" for 55 a day, that is specifically for indoor poor, gym services, and amenities like that. You'll get an outdoor heated pool and hot-tub included with your stay, which was more than enough for me and my family. Host was very responsive and everyone we talked to was very kind.Waking up and throwing the curtains back to see and hear the waves crashing on the beach was incredibly relaxing, and exactly what we wanted with our stay. We also LOVE Fort Morgan, because it is a part of Gulf Shores that still feels somewhat "untouched" and less like this big beach crowd.This is a listing that we are saving and hoping to continue to do more trips here with the family!

The cleanliness of the condo was very lacking. The carpet throughout was very dirty. All showers had mold. The floors were not very clean. Walls were scratched, scraped and stained. We only received one of everything needed. I small roll of cheap paper towels, one dishwasher pod, only the bags in the trashcans, one small bottle of dish soap and one roll of toilet paper. Nothing in the kitchen. Not even salt and pepper. Had to buy everything we needed. We will not be back.
