- Downstairs are the living space, and kitchenette. The living space has a queen sleeper sofa, television, and DVD player. Upstairs are the second bedroom area and second bathroom.
- The kitchenette is equipped with cooking utensils and a mini refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster and toaster oven and a stove top. There is no oven.
- Two full bathrooms. One with an oversized bathtub and shower
- The studio loft condominium accommodates 3 to 6 people.

Upstairs the open space studio loft has a queen bed, a second bathroom, plus a desk if someone has to sneak away to do a little work.
