Capable of comfortably accommodating 5 people, the space offers essential amenities to unwind and make the most of your time in London.
The space
This beautiful home, situated in a relaxing area is spread over two floors and boasts with its own character and homely style.

Upon entry, the beautiful wooden floored passage will take you into the large living area, which encompasses the lounge and TV area with a lovely and homely gas fireplace.
Living room leads into another area, comprising the fold-out futon, a desk, and a piano keyboard, for those that respect and enjoy the ivories.

There is a wonderful separated dining room for four guests, overlooking the private garden, which leads into a functional kitchen with all the appliances you would expect, such as stove, fridge, microwave, washing machine and counter top dishwasher.

From the kitchen, you can reach a beautiful private garden with an outdoor furniture for relaxing cuppa in the sun or enjoying a delightful dinner under the stars.

There are 3 bedrooms upstairs: Masters bedroom, single room and a twin.
The extremely spacious Masters bedroom is featured with a lovely bay window, and a comfortable queen bed. All beds are set with a crispy, hotel-quality linen to ensure your best sleeping.

The victorian style bathroom consists of a basin and a bath with an overhead shower.
There is also a separate toilet for your convenience. In the bathrooms, you will find fluffy towels and toiletries.

The property will be professionally cleaned and set up to Hotel standards before you arrive.

THE HOUSE IS SITUATED IN A QUIET RESIDENTIAL AREA, PARTIES AND ANY EXCEPTIONAL NOISE IS STRONGLY PROHIBITED

You will have total access to my place so please treat it as your own and respect it. I aim to make each of my guest comfortable by allowing everyone to enjoy my place in entirety.
Other things to note
I provide complimentary fresh linen, towels and toiletries (shower gel, soap, shampoo) for your stay!

Please note that ADDITIONAL linen costs £30 per pack. Message me if you need it and I will tell you where it is stored or arrange a delivery. For additional cleaning please contact me as well.

I can accommodate late check in after 9pm for a fee of £50.

Whilst I will not be available in person, I engage help of a professional management company, so you can be sure that your stay will be flawless!

Please kindly confirm your arrival time at least 24 hours in advance. If you don't do so, I cannot guarantee your check in at the requested time.

The bedroom area is on the second level (with stairs).

Smoking in the flat is strongly prohibited! Penalty £500.
