The open-plan living and dining area is perfect for relaxation and entertainment, now featuring a brand-new Samsung 55” Smart TV for your viewing pleasure. The stainless-steel kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, including a gas stove, microwave, dishwasher, and air fryer—perfect for easy meal prep. You'll also find pantry staples stocked and ready for your culinary adventures.

Upstairs, the loft provides a cosy reader's nook with comfortable seating and a library, along with a dedicated workspace to focus or unwind. The apartment is climate-controlled with two split-system units and ceiling fans to ensure comfort throughout your stay.

One of the property’s highlights is the shared rooftop, offering spectacular views of the Sydney Harbour Bridge and city skyline. This inviting space is perfect for socialising, with sun loungers, dining areas and a BBQ for alfresco meals with an iconic Sydney backdrop. Please note that the rooftop is shared and cannot be booked for exclusive use on Christmas Day or New Year’s Eve.

Both bedrooms have been upgraded for your comfort—the primary bedroom features a king bed, while the second bedroom has a queen bed. Each bedroom has an ensuite bathroom and ample wardrobe space, offering a serene retreat. The second ensuite, which doubles as the main bathroom, features a unique two-way access design and a circular spa bath, allowing you to relax while soaking in the city views. Additional conveniences include an in-unit washer and drying rack. For those bringing a vehicle, there is free council street parking on nearby streets (metered or time-limited, subject to availability), and we can provide a complimentary council day-permit on request.

~ Building improvement works – common areas ~
Please note the building is currently undergoing scheduled upgrades to its shared common areas (hallway cornices, painting and new carpets). Works take place during standard daytime hours on weekdays only, with the noisier stages expected over the coming couple of weeks (early Oct 2026). Your apartment itself is completely unaffected, and the end result will be a freshly refreshed building – we just wanted to let you know in advance so there are no surprises. During your stay you will have the entire apartment to yourself, inc. the rooftop shared communal outdoor terrace. Please make yourself at home!

Potts Point is a diverse inner city suburb that thrives on good food and coffee, where everything you need is just a few minutes' walk away — supermarkets, restaurants, bars and parks. The walk to the city centre takes 20-minutes, but you might choose to wander through the Royal Botanic Gardens to the Opera House and then walk across the Harbour Bridge to see Sydney at its best. There is also a bus stop and train station nearby.

Due to local regulations, we can happily host you for up to 90 nights. Any bookings that exceed this duration will be cancelled by Vrbo.

~Long Stays~
Stays of 21 days or more will incur an additional $120 fee, charged separately, to cover the cost of a deep clean and maintain the property's cleanliness after an extended stay. In-stay cleans are available for $275 and include a full cleaning service with professionally laundered fresh linen.

~ Tiny Visitors ~
Sydney is a warm, urban city, and occasionally a bug or two may find its way inside, sometimes through a window or balcony door. This property has been professionally treated at the start of summer and a spray is provided as a backup. This can occur and is quite common in city homes, and does not reflect the cleanliness of the property.

Sustainable, refillable toiletries are provided and are intended to be reused, not discarded. These items help reduce single-use plastic waste. If any bottles are thrown away or removed, replacement costs will be charged to the guest.
