Stepping onto the 4 bedroom 3.5 bath property instantly immerses you in nature as the property is designated as a rapture sanctuary where you can observe hawks, families of owls living in their natural habitat. With mountain views from the front yard, a saltwater pool and cotton candy Arizona sunsets, you will feel relaxed and rejuvenated at this peaceful oasis.
Main House:
The main home features 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a den, sun room, formal living and family room.
Kitchen: Refrigerator with Freezer, and extra Freezer in sun-room. Ice maker, microwave, cooking basics, dishes and utensils, gas stove, oven, tea kettle, coffee maker, blender, dining table with view of pool area, access to backyard patio,
Living Room Space: Features a Smart TV for streaming.
Master Bedroom: Features a King bed and Smart TV with streaming with an Ensuite bathroom.
Second Bedroom: Features a Twin bed and Smart TV with streaming.
Third Bedroom: Features a 1 King Cal remote control adjustable bed, Smart TV with streaming and direct access to the sun-room and backyard.
Fourth Bedroom: Features a Queen bed, Smart TV
The detached 350 Sq Ft guest house features a large living area, a 3/4 bath and a kitchenette which includes a mini fridge, oven and gas stove. There is a full bed available in the guest house.
Outdoor Space: Close to 3 acres of Tucson desert. Gated front yard, and gated back yard with salt water swimming pool.
Guests have access to the main home and the detached guest house. This will not be a shared property and the guest house can only be rented along with the main home. Guest home is an additional fee.
Car dependent.
Parking Instructions:
Plenty of room for multiple cars, even RV parking.
Pool is currently not heated.

The property is charming with the old adobe Tucson vibe. My only suggestion is the home could use some general maintenance.

Overall this was a nice house. A few issues but owners can easily resolve them. Good location for gem and mineral show... lots of restaurants and shopping nearby.
