About this house rental
Welcome to our sun-filled 2-bedroom cottage perfect for a small family or couples getaway.
Located a short stroll from cafes, restaurants, boutiques and the marina. Enjoy all that the Bay has to offer & relax in the hammock set up in the outside area before enjoying a BBQ at home or a few drinks and nice meal in town.
New: AC is now installed and a fence has been set up to let your furry friends outside with a covered area with peace of mind!
The space
The sun-filled living room features a fully equipped kitchen (oven, cooktop, microwave, kettle &toaster + full fridge) a dining area and a lounge area with a smart TV, Wi-Fi, AC and a comfy sofa bed (extra guests are welcome to stay for an additional fee).
You have a direct access to the entertaining covered terrace area with outdoor lounge setting, hammock and BBQ.
The generous main bedroom features a queen bed suite with drawers/clothes rack and the 2nd bedroom a triple bunk bed which can accommodate a couple on the double bed below or children on 2 separated beds. All linen (sheets and bath towels) are provided for your stay and included in the price, BYO Beach towels.
The bathroom has a bath and a shower as well as a laundry facility.
The driveway allows the space for 2 cars to park, you can also park for free in the street.

The house is neat tidy and comfortable in a great location. A walk to the Marina. Good kitchen facilities A good dog friendly area outside. Air conditioning was great for the hot weather we experiencedUnfortunately our experience accessing the property intially was very stressful we had no communication from the host. After contacting Stayz numerous times via online chat they also had difficulty contacting. At one stage we thought we would not be going. The host finally contacted us. He explained there has been some communication issues with Stayz. Hopefully this will be sorted out for future guests
