Location. Ease of access. Good separation of the two bedrooms. Very comfortable beds. Good hot and strong shower. No spare garbage bags.

No bed side lights. Continual leaking of bathroom sink. Flickering light in first bedroom which would suddenly turn itself off. Light cover missing in main room. Missing hooks behind bathroom door. No soap holder in shower.

Property was very close to Rundle Mall, shop, cafe, bars and the casino.

The bathroom fan is very loud. Parking was in a public parking lot and was suppose to be reserved for me. But other people started parking in that spot. I then had to park in other spots.

The location is fantastic, central to good restaurants, 2 supermarkets, shopping, transport and activities. But the odd thing was how quiet it was. This is a high-rise apartment building, other residential and guest tenants above, below, left and right. You would not know this at all. No noise, nothing, not a murmur of their existence. That is just so rare. I've been an unwilling guest to a TV show I had zero interest in but started to know and love the characters involved. All whilst in bed in the apartment next door. Also, there is parking for a vehicle 2.3m high in close by North Terrace. Great for disabled parking or NDIS clients Wilson Parking.

I expected basic kitchen facilities. It's more than basic. You can prepare and cater for more than you'd normally expect.too. The microwave is an all-inclusive appliance that will do just about everything and I'm sure more. Bring the things you love with you and enjoy.
