Not worth the stay

The only positive points were the location, the entrance of the building and the fact that we stayed only one night.

We stayed here for one night while travelling back home after coming from Northern Europe and we were looking for a comfortable place to rest before continuing our journey. The room was nothing like the photos and had an excessive chlorine smell that made the stay unpleasant. We contacted management and requested a room change. We were moved to another room where the shower was clearly stained. Because of this, we returned to the original room despite the smell. The property claims to offer soundproofing but the room was not soundproof at all and noise was easily heard.

The location is good for those who do not have a vehicle, but if you have a vehicle, parking may be a problem.

I paid a higher price for a room with a balcony and sea views, but when I entered the room I saw that there was no balcony or sea view. The descriptions mentioned paid parking, so I chose this one, but when I arrived at the facility, I checked that two other parking lots nearby were closed. I had to park my car 10 minutes away and walk back.

We arrived around 12 pm and we were allowed to check in earlier which was a big plus when traveling with children. Apartment was clean and sufficient for a night. Nice big bathroom with really good water pressure was a surprise Parking was s bit challenging because it’s s residential area but we found a spot a 2 blocks away

The non-smoking room smelled strongly of cigarettes, the small shower was dirty, and although we were supposed to check in independently and find the key outside the door, there was no key, and we had to wait 45 minutes until someone arrived to let us in.

Panasea suites

The location is perfect, the room was spacious and clean, the bed and pillows were comfortable, which was very important to us. Communication with the staff was perfect, they responded very quickly to our questions. We will definitely stay here again when we come to Thessaloniki again. The municipal parking lot was close, less than 5 min of walk away, we left our car there and used public transportation to get around the city, which was a great way to get to know it.

Everything was great, no negative comments.

Highly recommended

The price is very reasonable for such good accommodation in a central part of Thessaloniki. The location is perfect for my needs. The apartments are near the seafront, 2 mins walk to the waterfront park, with plenty of shops and places to eat within 5 minutes walk. The people were really great – kind, friendly and helpful. I asked for a kettle and they gave me coffee too 😊. They did everything to make sure I was comfortable and happy. The rooms are brand new (in fact some are still being finished), spacious, with a comfortable big double bed. The little kitchen is well equipped with pans and a ring to cook on and good cupboard space. Everything is spotlessly clean. I will most certainly come back.

I don’t want to seem ungrateful when the whole experience was so good, but in my perfect world 2 things would be different. One is that a little table with a couple of chairs would be a useful addition. There’s plenty of room for them. I like to sit at a table or desk and work on my laptop. Other people might not be bothered about that. There again, the large modern TV is a complete waste of space for me, and it might be a great focus for you. The bathroom is well designed and really nice and elegant. A joy to behold. However, I think the designer should have included a door on the shower, because however hard you try not to splash, you are going to end up with water all over the floor and maybe the walls. I tried, and that’s what happened to me. But again, I don’t want to end on a complaining note when everything was so nice 😊

Τα λόγια ειναι περιττά για αυτο το κατάλυμα! Ειναι η τέταρτη φορά που μένω, διότι επισκέπτομαι συχνά τη Θεσσαλονίκη! Η τοποθεσία ειναι ιδανική, εχει θέα στη θάλασσα και με λίγη τύχη παρκάρεις το αυτοκίνητο σχεδόν απο κάτω, δε χρειάζεται να το μετακινήσεις , αφού ειναι όλα δίπλα σου και μπορείς να μετακινηθεις με τα πόδια! Ανυπομονώ να το επισκεφτώ ξανα, για να με υποδεχτει η υπέροχη και χαμογελαστή Κωνσταντίνα!

Место удобное. Номер приятный. Заселиться легко. Очень чисто Думаю летом все Ок.

Wer nur ein Bett zum schlafen braucht ist hier richtig, aber dafür ist der Preis einfach nur lächerlich.

Das Bett ist sehr bequem und die Kissen ebenfalls. Der Balkon hat einen schönen Ausblick auf das Meer.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr schlecht eingerichtet. Für den Preis ist das eine Frechheit. Kaum Ablageflächen, nur eine Bettdecke, kein Kleiderschrank nur ein Aufhänger, die Küche hat wirklich nur das nötigste. Wer nicht vor hat zu kochen dem genügt es, aber ansonsten ist es echt ein Witz. Ich bin schon oft in Thessaloniki und das ist mit die schlechteste Unterkunft die ich bisher hatte.

Το κατάλυμα βρίσκεται πολύ κεντρικά βγαίνεις και είσαι δίπλα στις ομπρέλες δίπλα στον λευκό τον πύργο . Το δωμάτιο ήταν καθαρό και μεγάλο δεν μας ενόχλησε κανείς απλά μπήκαμε με τον κωδικό που μας στάλθηκε . Είναι πολύ βολικό σημείο εμείς βρήκαμε σχετικά εύκολα να παρκάρουμε , το συστήνω σίγουρα για κάποιον ειδικά αν του αρέσει να βγαίνει για περπάτημα στην παραλία

Έμεινα πολύ ευχαριστημένη! Η Κωνσταντίνα ήταν πολύ εξυπηρετική, ενώ το κατάλυμα ήταν εξαιρετικό. Πολύ καθαρό διαμέρισμα, μοντέρνο, με πολλές παροχές. Επίσης, στο δωμάτιο μου είχαν αφήσει οι οικοδεσπότες ένα μεγάλο μπουκάλι νερού και δυο μικρά κεκάκια!!! Τέλος, η τοποθεσία του καταλύματος είναι πάρα πολύ βολική. Θεωρώ ότι ειδικά για την τοποθεσία του, η τιμή είναι πολύ καλή! Το συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα!

Buena ubicación y relación calidad/precio. Bueno para estancias cortas.

1) La ubicación: a unos minutos paseando del centro, muy cerca del paseo y 'parque' marítimo. (Además, por suerte y fechas -domingo y lunes de agosto- pudimos aparcar en la misma calle -en principio reservada a los residentes- sin problemas). 2) El estilo y la 'novedad': nuevo / renovado, sencillo, claro. Además: cama y colchón cómodos. A/C bien. TV grande. Cocinilla. Y persianas! = podías aislarte (del ruido de la avenida cercana y de la luz) y dormir bien.

Motivos para no darle el '8, Muy bien': 3) Sin terraza: parece que me equivoqué y elegí una habitación así, aunque en la web parece que todas tienen. La nuestra tenía una 'mini', pero sin acceso (tenías que saltar por la ventana -no lo hicimos-) y otra al lado, más grande (había que saltar desde la anterior). En fin: bastante estúpido... 4) Las 'cosas rotas': la ventana y la puerta del baño no cerraban, el lavabo estaba un poco roto, a un lado de la cama había mesita y lámpara pero no enchufe... (En fin: cuando vives en los Balcanes ya no te sorprende...) También era un poco ruidoso, por la proximidad a la avenida (con bastante tráfico -motos, coches...- y griegos a los que les gusta conducir para hacerse notar...), aunque lo compensaba la buena ubicación.

Utrolig sentralt/ bra beliggenhet da det er kun noen få minutter unna sentrum mm.

Det var lukt av fukt i leiligheten og flere kakerlakker som vandrer rundt. Utrolig ekkelt. Utrolig dårlig opplevelse og når vi meldte fra om dette fikk vi ikke lenger svar fra eieren.

Ne-a plăcut poziționarea, aproape de faleza si de magazine, restaurante

Când am ajuns, au ieșit 2 persoane din camera, se vedea ca tocmai făcuseră dus. O doamna (intr-o engleza foarte stricata) a încercat sa ne spună ca cei doi ne-au aranjat camera, dar nu mi-a inspirat deloc încredere (părea ca au închiriat camera "cu ora"). Așternuturile erau curate, prosoapele din camera neatinse (cu excepția unuia din baie). În camera era un miros neplăcut, de umezeala. Patul avea pe o parte un fel de gaura in care te afundai, nu era deloc confortabil. Camera nu avea balcon, deși in poze apărea. În mijlocul nopții a pornit de mai multe ori o sirena. Nu ne-am odihnit deloc, nu recomand acesta cazare.

Perfecto para pasear para los atardeceres de Tesalónica.

Si, la habitación muy limpia y cómoda, como no cociné no me importo que la cocina fuese pequeña. La cama era excelente, para mi que suelo tener problemas por que normalmente encuentro camas muy blandas, esta vez ha sido lo contrario, de las mejores camas en las que he estado durante mis viajes. El sitio esta cerca del paseo marítimo y cerca del centro, en una zona muy tranquila y donde he estado muy a gusto.

El baño es demasiado pequeño para una persona grande como yo. No tenía suficiente espacio para ducharme, pero me arreglé.
