Location was great
There were critters in the restroom and couch, towels had a smell to them and they were supposed to be “clean,” our stay included 5 guests and only 4 towels were there, communication with property owner was not great. I asked for more towels immediately after arriving, owner responded to the following day and said “will drop off towels later today,” they had no urgency. Bed was not comfortable at all, our backs ached during the whole stay. The washer also had visible mold.
